Financial corruption in Egypt`s Mubarak (27.01.2012)
Egypt was a money laundering path for a long time during Mubarak rule, the main reason to issue the Egyptian anti-money laundering law (80/2002) is to participate in the International efforts against money laundering, but as a matter of fact this was not the only reason, politically Egyptian government was subject to many political pressure where Egypt was a path as to many reports which also emphasizes on Egyptian weakness in documentation and money transfer control.
