Payment Policy
ExpatSafe is the one and only place in the world to save important documents like your employment contract, social security files, tax declarations, payslips, insurance policies, lease and other estate related documents, copies of the passport, visa and work permits, creditcard details, driving license and other pins, papers, sheets and drafts linked with your international assignment.
Access
You can access the safe from anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day. Easily. All you need is internet access and your individual password.
Security
The access to your safe is secure. Uploads and downloads are encrypted by the https format. Your uploaded files are protected by strong encryption and stored in hardened, professionally managed datacenters with state of the art security and environmental protections.
Sign up for your individual safe
Enter your email address and choose a password. We verify your registration. Pay your fees. Receive the safe access. Upload your docs and manage them.
Either you scan your documents, load them up and place them in the right place or we do it for you.
Filing Service
If you do not want to upload your documents yourself, send them to HEUSER & COLLEGEN, ExpatSafe Filing Service, Am Kiekenbusch 15, 47269 Duisburg, Germany, by mail courier or personally. We upload them for you. Please, choose whether we store the documents in our archive or we resend them to you afterwards.
We charge a set up fee of Euro 80.- for our filing services.
